Volunteer Application

Thank you for you interest in becoming a volunteer. To ensure the safety of everyone in our school community, all regular volunteers are required to undertake a process to become a registered volunteer. The school can support you with this process and once registered, your volunteer registration is valid for 5 years.

Please complete steps 1-4 prior to completing the next page of this form:

1. Obtain a WWCC & Catholic Clearance

Volunteers need to hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) from the Department of Human Services (DHS) as well as a current Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide Clearance letter.

OPTION 1:

Visit the Front Office in person and provide 100 points of identification (only original or certified true copies will be accepted) and an email address which will be used to enable the electronic application process to be completed. The form will then be forwarded to the Screening and Verification Authority (SAVA) for processing.

OPTION 2:  (If you hold a current WWCC)

If you already have a current WWCC , you can forward the email to info@stpiusx.catholic.edu.au and we will initiate the processing of your Catholic Clearance. Your clearance letter will be emailed to you by the Screening and Verification Authority (SAVA).
