I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the St Pius X School community for their incredible support of Backpacks 4 SA Kids at the Pyjama Day (and “Posting Joy” Day) on 3rd August. It sure seemed like everyone had lots of fun – staff and students alike !  The volume of donated items was overwhelming and $697 was raised for this charity. Donated funds and items are essential for B4SAK to continue providing comfort, care and support for children within our community when they are at their most vulnerable and need it most.

To raise awareness and support the cause in the manner in which St Pius X demonstrated was “strength and kindness” at its best. What a fantastic community!

I look forward to seeing next year’s special PJ’s!
