Namaste (Hello) Everyone,

Hope you are having a good start to Term 1. I would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce myself. My name is “Varsha" which in my culture that means "Rain”.

Some of you might have seen me in the school grounds. I am an International Student from India currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Flinders University. I will be at this school for Semester 1 engaging in a placement as a Social Work Student. As a student I have attained conceptual knowledge of social work ethics, standards and methodologies to address the social well-being of students.

I am here to learn about children and their individual learning cycle. I will be participating in activities with students whilst supporting school staff and I look forward to engaging with the whole school community and meeting your families.
