2019 Tuition Fees
2019 Yearly Fee accounts were sent home by mail on Friday 18thFebruary 2019. Please note that the due date for the first instalment is the 22nd February 2019. A School Fees Brochure was distributed at the end of 2018 notifying parents of the Fee Schedule and the relevant due dates for Tuition Fees. Copies of this brochure can be collected from the Reception desk.
If you have applied for school card, $160.00 per child will be deducted from your account once the school receives notification that your application has been accepted. If you have taken a 2019 School Card Application Form – (Form A Income Audit)to apply for School Card, please complete it and return it to the school as soon as possible. Cut off date for applications for Term 1 is Wednesday 13th February 2019.
If you have any difficulty in paying your school fees account by 22nd February 2019, please come in and see me to make other arrangements. Part time agreements can be entered into, by paying on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. You may choose to have your payments taken out of your bank account by direct debit, deducted from Centrelink payments, placed to your merchant facilities, by BPay or pay personally by EFT, cash or cheque. The school offers EFT, Visa and MasterCard facilities for your convenience. We do not accept AMEX.
If you qualify for School Card under the 2019 School Card Regulations, you may be eligible for Fee Remission. Please see me for an application form as soon as possible.
The school also offers a 5% discount, on Tuition Fees only, for families who wish to pay for the entire year’s Fees by the 22nd February 2019. Please contact me for the amount. Please note that if you qualify for Fee Remission you do not receive the 5% discount as well. This discount does not apply to the Resource Fee or Building Levy.
For your convenience fee payments or documents can be dropped into the grey Fees Box (Box 1) in the Student Entry area. This box is securely locked with access given to only the Finance personnel.

Please complete and return the two forms which were distributed for each child with the Parent Handbook last week. The forms are required for excursions and access to the school's ICT network and should be returned to Reception staff asap. Thank you for your cooperation.
Scholastic Book Club
Issue 1 is out now and closes on Monday 11th February at 9:00am. There are two options available for you to order items - LOOP on-line via www.scholastic.com.au/LOOP or if you wish to use a credit card or cash/cheque please place orders in Box 4 in the Student Entry Foyer. Cheques should be made payable to Scholastic Australia. Our school receives 20% of the value of sales and is used to acquire classroom resources. Your support is appreciated.
Premier’s Reading Challenge
The Challenge is now open and enrolment forms are available from the Library or online at www.prc.sa.edu.au. The Challenge concludes on 6th September 2019 and completed forms should be returned to the Library.
Cybersafe Families – Parent Session - this evening 6:30pm in the DeMazenod Hall
The information session for families who were unable to attend last year, or who are new to our school this year, will be held this evening from 6:30pm – 7:30pm (immediately preceding the Meet the Teacher Evening). Attendance is vital for families of students in Year 5 or 6 this year, however, everyone is welcome. The take home option of a MacBook will only be offered to students whose families attended a Cybersafe Families Parent Session. Meet the Teacher Evening - tonight at 7:30pm
You are invited to pop in and meet your child’s teacher anytime between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. There will be no formal information session as all of this will be given to you in a ‘Class Information Booklet’ on the night. Then in Week 7, March 12th- 13thwe will be holding ’3 Way Conversations’ after school and late Wednesday evening in which your child, your teacher and yourself will discuss the start to the year and goals for 2019.
