Tuesday 3rd September is a Student Free Day - OSHC will be available for those families needing care.
Welcome to Week 2!
I hope that you had a restful holiday and are excited for an action packed Term 3.
Last term, our Year 4 children celebrated the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist. This term, our Year 3 children will be preparing for their First Reconciliation. This is an important step in their faith journey, and I ask that as a community, we hold them close in prayer.
Next Wednesday evening, 7th August, there will be a Parent Information Session at Saint Pius X Church commencing at 6:30pm. Parents of children who will be celebrating First Reconciliation are asked to attend this meeting. A copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate and Fee should be sent to school by Wednesday 7thAugust. I look forward to seeing you there!
Today, we remember the life and work of our beloved priest, Fr John O’Doherty. We commemorate the first anniversary of his death today and pray that he is rejoicing with the angels in heaven. Last week, our staff planted a garden in Fr John’s memory at the church. We will install a plaque in the coming weeks.
I pray the coming week brings many blessings for you.
