As Greg mentioned in the most recent newsletter, the school has been successful in obtaining a $1 million Capital Grant for the Stage 2 building works in 2021. As the build will be undertaken much sooner than first planned, building priorities will be discussed and shortlisted before the end of the year so work can commence as soon as possible in 2021.

The CESA Balanced Scorecard was discussed. It provides a way of looking at how the school is tracking against school and CESA system goals and captures demographic and education performance information.

The Board started discussion around the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan. Conversations are to be continued for the Plan in coming months.

In Finance news the Board are happy with the current situation of the budget.

The Cloud Computing and ICT Acceptable Use Policies were discussed and will be endorsed and available for viewing on the Schools website.
